The VacuStar W is a high-performance, water-cooled rotary vane compressor-vacuum pump, engineered for intensive use in suction and jetting vehicles, including those equipped with water recycling systems. Built to withstand extreme operating conditions, it offers excellent vacuum performance, long service life, and operational reliability in even the most demanding environments.

The VacuStar W features a water-cooled housing, ensuring optimal temperature regulation during extended duty cycles. Its design includes:

  • Integrated cell ventilation to minimize air outlet temperature

  • Heavy-duty housing, optionally plasma-nitrided or ceramic-coated for extreme wear and corrosion resistance

  • Four mounting options on both the top and bottom of the housing for flexible installation 

  • Hydraulic motor compatibility

  • ATEX-compliant version available (Temperature Class 3 with cell ventilation)
