Instructions for the return of machines

Compliance with statutory regulations on occupational health and safety, such as the Workplace Ordinance (ArbStättV), the Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefStoffV), accident prevention regulations and regulations on environmental protection, such as the Waste Management Act (AbfG) and the Water Resources Act (WHG), obliges all commercial companies to protect their employees or people and the environment from harmful effects when handling hazardous substances.

Please ensure that pumps that have come into contact with toxic, explosive, microbiological, radioactive or other substances that are harmful to health are decontaminated in accordance with regulations before being sent in for repair

In order to prevent the endangerment of our employees who are in charge of handling (receiving) and repairing the pump/liquid flow meter, it is imperative that you inform us with which liquids the pump/liquid flow meter has come into contact. Therefore, when you send us a pump for repair, please enclose a decontamination declaration (staple it to the outside of the packaging!)stating that the parts have been cleaned and sufficiently rinsed with neutral liquid before shipment.

Pumps which have been operated in radioactively contaminated liquids cannot be accepted for repair.
If, despite careful decontamination of the pump, safety precautions are still required, you must provide us with the necessary information prior to shipment.

We reserve the right that pumps received without certification will be returned unrepaired.
