Air-cooled rotary vane compressors for gas applications - RPO G

The portfolio of CVS engineering GmbH is growing: With the RPO Gas, CVS engineering celebrates a new application of the RPO series. The compact and extremely robust RPO - oil-injected, air-cooled rotary compressor - was originally developed for harsh railroad applications. Continuously increasing sales figures in the railroad market reflect the high satisfaction of our customers. There are now over 1,500 RPO compressors in operation worldwide. We want to continue this success story of the RPO rotary compressor in the gas market.

The RPO Gas is certified for zone 1 and 2. The unit is available as a system in various designs and is suitable for the compression of many gases and for a wide range of applications, such as biogas upgrading, pressure boosting for cogeneration, BOG or the compression of special gases, to name just a few applications.

Volumetric flows from 6 - 65 Nm³/h (without upstream pressure) can be pumped with the RPO 200 - 800 G. From 65 Nm³/h to 2,800 Nm³/h, we have the K series from Pneumofore, which we developed in close cooperation with our strategic partner Pneumofore. Thus, together with Pneumofore, we can cover a wide performance spectrum.

Pneumofore is a specialist for rotary compressors and will soon look back on a 100-year success story. CVS is Pneumofore's strategic sales partner for the K series in Europe. For Pneumofore's compressed air and vacuum division, we are the sales partner in Germany.
